Attendance and Cancellation Policy

At Talk Time, we are committed to providing high-quality speech therapy services. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible care and that our therapists’ time is used effectively, we ask that all clients adhere to the following attendance policy:
1. Attendance

Please log in a few minutes prior to the start for all scheduled sessions. Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time.

Consistent attendance is important for achieving therapy goals. Frequent absences may affect progress and could result in reevaluation of services.
2. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of the cost of one session.
3. No-Shows

A "no-show" (missed session without notice) will result in a full session charge.
